This divided tray has a beige background with hand painted scenes in green, yellow, pink, red and blue. This piece is 9 1/2 inches in diameter and is in good condition considering its age. The tray has two very small chips in the rim and the interior has some crazing due to use. The Mikori "turtle" is embedded in the back of the plate. Made in Japan. I believe this item to be "Pre Occupied Japan", since it was in my mother's home for at least 55 years an owned by a friend previous to that.
